[collectd] Beancounter plugin for OpenVZ/Virtuozzo container

Hi,

this is a plugin I wrote to collect data from the beancounters within an OpenVZ/Virtuozzo container.

In contrast to the OpenVZ plugin already provided this plugin runs inside the container and gathers data for the current resource usage including virtual memory, number of processes, open sockets, network buffers and others (see http://wiki.openvz.org/UBC_parameters_table for details). The plugin needs a new entry in types.db (also attached).

It is written in C and supports include/exclude parameters to restrict the beancounters to monitor.
The plugin was developed on Debian Lenny with collectd 4.10.2.
