[collectd] Graphing rrd output of CPU plugin

For quickly looking at locally collected data, you have give kcollectd
[1] a try. It does not produce the same look and feel as the graphs
created by RRDtool and it currently uses /var/lib/collectd/rrd/ as a
hard-coded path to the RRDs but it's a simple tool to get a quick glance
at your data.
