[collectd] write_http

Hi,

I am new to collectd, and I am trying to setup the write_http plugin so that it can send the data to a central monitoring server via HTTP.  However, I am not exactly sure what I need to do on the web server to capture those data and store them?  Is there another plugin I need to enable?
