[collectd] MongoDB plugin (Help Wanted)

A few months ago, I started work on a MongoDB plugin that uses C driver and
fetches data via BSON. I moved onto other things before finishing it,
but thought I would put what I had out on github and see if anyone wanted to
help wrap it up.

I patched the mongo-c-driver to install the binaries and headers. The plugin
relies on this version of the driver:
http://github.com/ryancox/mongo-c-driver. Build it on your system and do an
'scons install' to put the libs/headers in the right places.

This is the first plugin I attempted, so I'm sure a more than a few things
need tweaking.
