[collectd] yum install collectd-rrdtool gives error dependency on librrd_th.so.2

You need to check your repo configuration or install
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/i386/repoview/rrdtool.htmlmanually.
You probably have a repo that contains a newer version of rrdtool.
You can also recompile collectd on your system.
