[collectd] Proposal: Make collectdmon start several instances of collectd based on configuration file

It sound soo ugly... im thinking either:
a) Get interval suppot to plugin
b) Write script which gets data from sensors and fetch it using exec
plugin to collectd... wouldn't be much job if u really need support
right now.
