[collectd] GenericJMX doesn't attempt to reconnect

yeah, I've ran in the same problem, too. An untested fix is in the
collectd-4.8 branch of the Git repository [0]. It'd b great if you could
give this fix a try – I wasn't able to test it on a production system
yet.
