[collectd] [snmp] limitation of OIDs when Table true

Hello.

Can I set limit for used OIDs when Table is true ?

For example, D-Link DES-3526 have
IF-MIB::ifDescr.1 = STRING: RMON Port  1 on Unit 1
...
IF-MIB::ifDescr.26 = STRING: RMON Port 26 on Unit 1
IF-MIB::ifDescr.1024 = STRING: 802.1Q Encapsulation Tag 0001
IF-MIB::ifDescr.1026 = STRING: 802.1Q Encapsulation Tag 0003
...
IF-MIB::ifDescr.4080 = STRING: 802.1Q Encapsulation Tag 3057

OIDs from .1024 contain useless information. It would be nice to be
able to specify a range of 1-26 in this case.
