This looks like the encoding of the script generating the graph does not
match your locale settings and, thus, rrdtool fails to display "special"
characters. To fix that, either setup your locale to match the script's
encoding or re-encode the script in UTF-8. See the second paragraph in
/usr/share/doc/rrdtool/NEWS.Debian.gz for (some) more details.
