[collectd] Version 4.5.4 available.

Hi everybody,

I've just uploaded a new patch-release of collectd 4.5, version 4.5.4.
The new version includes numerous build fixes and some runtime fixes as
well. All users of a 4.5.* version are advised to upgrade.
