[collectd] FreeSWITCH plugin

Hi Leon,

I have taken a look at your FreeSWITCH plugin and made some fixes here
and there. I'd be great if you could give it a try since I don't have an
installation of FreeSWITCH available.

I have also updated the README file and the collectd(5) manual page. I'd
be great if you could take a look at those, too.

What about that `src/libesl/' directory? Where does that code come from?
How can I keep that up to date? Do I have to? The license seems to be
GPL compatible, so including the code and linking with your GPLv2 plugin
should not be a problem.
