[collectd] [PATCH] add contrib/Openvz with perl code to monitor and graph openvz beancounters

hi!

i finally got round get some perl code to monitor openvz [1] guest
instances with collectd to work. i also wrote a little README.

i included a patch to add it to the contrib directory. i hope it will
be useful to somebody.

if you have any suggestions on how to better integrate it with the
collectd distribution, i would be happy to improve it a little more.
