[collectd] [PATCH] add PUTNOTIF command

Hi Doug,

the patch arrived as a forward of the actual mail ;) Not sure what went
wrong, but this is not how git-send-email is supposed to work ;)

I usually do something like that:
 $ git format-patch -s master..HEAD
 $ git send-email --to collectd at verplant.org --cc octo at verplant.org 000*.patch

The CC to me has a simple reason: The mailing list software adds the
footer as an extra attachment, which confuses `git-am'. I can strip it
out, of course, but it's even easier if I don't have to ;)
