Yeah, at least having a very short page with once sentence what the
plugin is about (for example: Does the `MySQL' plugin collect data
*from* the database or store data *into* it?) would be awesome.

Ideally, try to keep new pages as similar to existing ones as
appropriate. I. e. usually you'll have four sections:

 * Description
 * Synopsis (simply copy'n'paste from the manpage, nothing fancy)
 * Example graph(s)
 * Dependencies
