[collectd] [PATCH] dell 2950 dual power supply

I wanted to be notified if one of the power supplies are disconnected
but collectd removes this sensor:

ipmi plugin: sensor_read_handler: Removing sensor (10.1).Voltage 1 power_supply, because
it failed with status 0x10000cb.
ipmi plugin: sensor_read_handler: Removing sensor (10.1).Current 1 power_supply, because
it failed with status 0x10000cb.
