could you do me a favor and move the implementation of the `flush'
command to a file/module `utils_cmd_flush.[ch]', just like the `putval'
and `putnotif' commands?

The `getval' and `listval' commands are in the unixsock plugin, because
they use the local cache, but I hope to change that, too, when I get
around to make the plugin use the global cache.
