[collectd] Plugins for postfix, amavisd-new and powerdns

Here are the refactored plugins.  I have made several diffs.

{amavis,postfix,powerdns}.diff:
    The main plugins.

utils_tail.diff
    A utility library for watching the end of a log file.

utils_parse.diff
    A utility library for parsing a line of text.

utils_logtail.diff
    A utility library which builds on utils_tail to provide what a
plugin which parses a logfile will need. The postfix and amavis
plugins have all the same needs other than how to parse each
line from the log file.  This library meets them.

doc.diff
    Changes to README and src/collectd.conf.pod which
document the plugins.

autotools.diff
    Changes to configure.in and src/Makefile.am which build
the plugins.

I maintain my offer to change these plugins in any way you
find useful.  Thanks for collectd!
