[collectd] src/liboconfig/parser.y: %error-verbose doesn't exist on OpenBSD

Hi,

I'm not sure how to fix this one, so I'm asking you. As the title says, there
is no %error-verbose on OpenBSD. When removing it, collectd compiles and
works, but that can't be the solution.
