[collectd] collectd on HP-UX 11

Hi again,

could you please give the attached patch a try? It's against the 4.2
branch but hopefully applies against the other versions, too. Apply with
 $ patch -p1 <collectd-configure-nan.patch
then call `autoreconf (you'll need the autotools for that).

Don't use the --nan-emulation option - this patch is supposed to make it
work without - this option is for cross-compiling only!
