[collectd] FreeBSD port for collectd

I've cooked together FreeBSD ports (more commonly known as packages  
to non-BSD folks, no code changes were done) for both liboping &  
collectd.  If folks would like to test them out, I'm sure they could  
use some tweaking and attention.  These have been tested on a 6.2- 
STABLE i386 box, these Linux-specific plugins are disabled.
