[collectd] collectd-4.1.0 configure bugs

    I try to compile last 4.1.0 version of 'collectd' and found some bugs.
 From result list of 'configure' script that i run with command (but i  
hoped that
LDFLAGS not need include in new release):

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/stow/collectd-4.1.0 --with-libnetlink=/usr  
--with-libupsclient=/usr/local/ups LDFLAGS=-lssl

...

     liboping  . . . . . yes (shipped version)
     libpcap . . . . . . yes
     libperl . . . . . . yes (version 5.8.8)
     libpthread  . . . . yes
     librrd  . . . . . . yes
     libsensors  . . . . yes
     libstatgrab . . . . yes
     libupsclient  . . . no
     libxmms . . . . . . no
...

    i see that script not found my 'libnetlink.h' file that placed in  
'/usr/include' directory:

bsrv:~ # ls -l /usr/include/libnetlink.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2123 2006-06-16 20:15 /usr/include/libnetlink.h

    and it (script) not found my NUT-2.2.0 installation that placed in  
'/usr/local/ups'
directory:

     I attached 'config.log' file for more details.
     What i must to do for 'collectd' configure script can to see these  
components?
