I've updated the manpage to show this more clearly.

Please give the attached patch a try (or use the current master branch
of the repository). The patch is against the 4.1.0 tag, i. e. the
vanilla 4.1.0 sources.

Ah, and thanks for removing the Reply-To-header. Now my group-reply
works without any problems again :)
