[collectd] bug with process plugin?

the definitions are in a file called `types.db' which should be in
$prefix/lib/collectd/. This file will be overwritten next time you
install collectd though.

I've raised the maximum to 1.6e7 which should be enough for up to 16
CPUs; the next release will have this fix.
