[collectd] Version 4.1.3 available

Hi everybody,

I've packed and uploaded version 4.1.3. The one big improvement is that
the rrdtool plugin now uses the thread-safe librrd_th if available. If
it's not available, access to the library is serialized.
This should fix a bug that crashed collectd when many (i. e. MANY) files
were created simultaneously, e. g. by using the snmp plugin with many
hosts.

Apparently Solaris provides AVL trees which had the same type names as
collectd. The types in collectd have been renamed so that this issue
should be fixed, too.

Some more minor stuff has been improved, but nothing exciting..
