[collectd] Versions 4.1.5 and 4.2.3 available.

Hi,

I've packed new verions of collectd which adds support for
libsensors 3.0, the new major version of the lm-sensors library.

Some other minor issues have been resolved, too, but if you were able to
build the sensors plugin okay it's probably save to skip this upgrade.
