[collectd] Problem building V4.2.2

I just downloaded 4.2.2 and tried to build it on a RHEL4 system.

My previous version of 4.1.2 built with the exact same options without
any complaints. Now it fails looking for the "perl" directory under
the build directory (which isn't the same as the source directory.)

(Note, I don't expect this to be "fixed" for "me", I'm posting this as
informational for the help of the developers.)
