[collectd] Device names in collection.cgi for hddtemp and df graphs?

Hello.

I was wondering if there is a way to have the device name instead of "{inst}"
appear in the title of temperature, disk etc. graphs in collection.cgi so that
results are a bit more meaningful and easier on the eye.
