[collectd] 4.0.0-rc3 - missing example config file

Hello,

i'm missing a sample config file for version 4.0,
because of:

Error in line 1 near `/': syntax error
yyparse returned error #1
Error: Reading the config file failed!
Read the syslog for details.

But syslog didn't tell anything (strace neither...).
