[collectd] 4-0.rc1 compilation problems

Hello, I cannot compile 4.0rc1 on opteron box:

 gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -Wall -Werror -g -O2 -MT network.lo
-MD -MP -MF .deps/network.Tpo -c network.c  -fPIC -DPIC -o
.libs/network.o
network.c:28:21: network.h: No such file or directory

Collectd-3.11.3 version compiles nice on the same box.
