[collectd] [PATCH] make traffic plugin only create rrds for selected interfaces

ACK... that sounds like the best solution to me. It's pretty straight forward
and easy to understand when reading the config file.

However, we should think about what to do, if no configuration is given at
all. I'd suggest to be backward compatible and not ignore any interfaces in
that case.
