[collectd] Forum/wiki or something

I disagree, but that's just my opinion.. If you have arguments for the
superiority of a forum or wiki I'll be all ears. My main arguments for a
mailing list is:
- It's convenient, since everyone can use his favorite user agent (even
  a Microsoft product exists..)
- You have all in one place: I don't have to check n+1 forums for new
  entries.
  (If you say that I can get mail-notification, then I'll ask `Why not
  answer by mail in the first place?')
- A wiki is the wrong tool: We don't need to develop long, informative
  texts. If one wants to improve the homepage then please, by all means,
  send a mail and if it's reasonable I'll change the text, word, typo,
  whatever..
- Most forums don't have such nice discussion threads e-mail has.
