[collectd] would it be an idea to monitor cpufreq

Hi,
On my via cpu the frequency can be altered by various user processes 
and by the kernel. This is also true for laptops for instance. Also 
amd64 bits cpu have these features.

On my linux (2.6.9-11.EL ) this frequency can be red here:
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_cur_freq

If this is a general thing in linux it might be a nice line for the 
graph on load or some other graph.

Just an idea.
