[collectd] OpenWrt package

Hello everyone :)

Though I hardly got anything done I planned to do between christmas and
new year's I did at least install a new version of OpenWrt on my router.
Since I now have the toolchain for it I was able to create an `ipkg'
package for it.

The package includes the plugins for `cpu', `load', `memory', `ping' and
`traffic' and is available from the homepage.
