    contrib/cussh.pl: Add the PUTNOTIF command.
    
    I was using this to test notifications for jcollectd like so:
    echo "PUTNOTIF host=foo severity=warning message=my perl is rusty" |
    perl -Mblib=bindings/perl contrib/cussh.pl
