[collectd] collectd.conf is overwritten every few hours

Hello,

When you have a memory leak and are not sure if this is collectd or 
something else, I suggest that you monitor the suspected processes with 
the plugin process : 
https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Plugin:Processes
