[collectd] limitation suspending of snmp plugin

Hello.

Is it possible to limit suspending time ?

snmp plugin: host cs: snmp_sess_synch_response failed: Timeout
read-function of plugin `snmp-cs' failed. Will suspend it for 120 seconds.
snmp plugin: host cs: snmp_sess_synch_response failed: Timeout
read-function of plugin `snmp-cs' failed. Will suspend it for 240 seconds.

read-function of plugin `snmp-cs' failed. Will suspend it for 3840 seconds.
