[collectd] How to add clients to collectd

Hi,

I have configured collectd which is working fine for the hosted system. I
just need to add
my other servers to it to monitor.

How can i add clients to collectd?

Do i need to install anything on the client side to supply messages to the
server?


can anyone help with this.
