[collectd] How to build perl plugin on Solaris?

What errors do you get? Please provide the config.log in case configure
is unable to find libperl or the output of make in case the build fails
after a successful configure run. It's hard (to impossible) to tell
what's wrong without knowing the actual problem ;-P
