[collectd] [PATCH 0/6] php-collection: Fixes and multiple saved graph lists

This patch series fixes a few bugs in php-collection as included in
collectd master.

It adds support for bind meta graphs (e.g. graphs combining
multiple RRD files into a single graph).

The save/load feature to save a list of graphs to a cookie is extended
so that multiple lists can be saved and loaded under different names.
Saved list can also be deleted when they are not used anymore.
