[collectd] HAVE_LIBSTATGRAB problem

Hello!

  I have another problem.
  When I was trying to implement CPU times handling using libstatgrab,
  I found the following:

  plugins 'interface', 'load', 'memory', 'swap' and collectd.c used
  HAVE_LIBSTATGRAB as mark of libstatgrab presence. But I not found
  any defines for HAVE_LIBSTATGRAB, but I found COLLECT_LIBSTATGRAB
  value instead of HAVE_LIBSTAGRAB.

  This caused not to use libstatgrab even if it was detected by
  configure.

  Is this a global mistake?

  p.s. I think libstatgrab can be offended by this discrimination :)
