[collectd] collectd 4.0 in server mode

Hi

	i'm trying the version 4.0 and i was unable to setup the server
mode, collectd doesnt listen to the port i set.... from the
collectd-server.conf:


Mode Server
Server 10.10.20.157 30000

BaseDir     "/opt/collectd/var/lib/collectd"
PIDFile     "/opt/collectd/var/run/collectd-server.pid"
PluginDir   "/opt/collectd/lib/collectd"

LoadPlugin apache
LoadPlugin cpu
...

	i check the netstat -tuapn |grep 30000 and i have no process
listening to that port...

	i'm using 4.0.0r5.
