[collectd] Use of the context id to identify the vservers RRD files

Well, there is no real reason for it. Using the XID saves you from having the
overhead of looking up the vserver's name. However, this could (and should) be
cached... On the other hand, using dynamic XID's is deprecated anyway, so I
did not see a real reason for accepting even this little overhead.

If this patch is written well, I don't see any reason why it should not be
accepted. The VServer plugin is pretty slow anyway and needs some rework that
I have to do some day - I just need to find some spare time... ;-)
