[collectd] Little collectd issue

Hi Florian,

I am running collectd 3.0.0-vs in 24/2* and I noticed a little issue, 
which did not happen previously (was it 3.0.0, or 2.x? I do not remember).

After some times, the daemon runs out of files.
/var/log/daemon.log extract:

I probably did something wrong when merging. I have no time to debug 
right now, but I wanted you to know there's something weird in 3.0.0-vs, 
just in case.

Hopefully, I'll have a look next week-end or so.
